Rental agreement — read before signing
The Parties enter into this equipment rental agreement (the “Agreement”) on the terms below. Specific equipment, dates, price and deposit are taken from this booking and will appear in the signed PDF copy.
2.1. The Lessor undertakes to provide the Lessee with temporary use of the equipment below, and the Lessee undertakes to pay the rental fee and return the equipment under this Agreement.

3.3. At pickup / delivery the Lessor briefly instructs on safe use.
3.4. Late return without the Lessor’s consent may be charged at the daily rate or an additional fee.
4.1. The rental price is set out in Article 2. Payment method: —.
4.2. The deposit is paid at pickup (or as otherwise agreed) and refunded when the equipment is returned on time, complete, undamaged, with clean tanks / accessories (where applicable).
4.3. If damage, shortage or dirt is found, the Lessor may deduct repair, cleaning or missing-parts costs from the deposit, informing the Lessee.
4.4. At pickup the Lessee presents an identity document.
5.1. The Lessee uses the equipment as intended, per instructions and the Lessor’s guidance.
5.2. It is forbidden to dismantle, modify, transfer to third parties without the Lessor’s consent, or misuse the equipment.
5.3. Faults or accidents must be reported promptly to the Lessor at tel. 062 110 999.
5.4. Equipment is returned on time, in good order and cleaned.
6.1. The Lessor hands over technically sound equipment with the required accessories.
6.2. Handover may be refused if ID is not presented, the fee / deposit is unpaid, or there is clear bad faith.
6.3. For delivery, the zone, fee and time window are set at booking.
7.1. The Lessee is liable for loss, theft, damage or misuse of the equipment during the rental period.
7.2. The Lessor is not liable for the Lessee’s work quality or surface damage due to misuse.
7.3. In force majeure the Parties are released from liability to the extent caused by such circumstances.
8.1. The booking may be cancelled by phone 062 110 999 or email info@puzzis.lt.
8.2. An unpaid card booking may be cancelled automatically when it expires.
8.3. If pickup is more than 30 minutes late without notice, the Lessor may cancel the handover.
9.1. The Agreement is concluded electronically. Entering name and ticking consent constitute an electronic signature.
9.2. The Agreement takes effect upon signing and remains in force until obligations are fully performed.
9.3. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; failing that — under Lithuanian law.
9.4. After booking the Lessee receives a PDF copy on the confirmation screen; the Lessor keeps a copy in the system. Both copies have equal legal force.
