Can you remove all odours?

Often yes. Very old cases may need repeat cleaning.

What if the stain did not come out?

If the stain remains after the first pass — a second chemistry portion is free during the same rental (at pickup / return).

How soon is the deposit refunded?

The same day you return the equipment undamaged (cash or transfer — as you paid).
